Not feeling too great at the moment. Not feeling well. I'm waiting for test results from the dr but it will be a while as i only went yesterday. She did say its not because of my diet which is reassuring to know.

Dont know yet when i will get the test results. I'm feeling pretty lousy and am spending most of my time watch tv in bed with eeyore (hot water bottle). Its a physical problem for a change but i will just see how it goes.
Therapy is going ok though and so is my physio. She wants to take me swimming in the next week or so which will be interesting. I'm rather scared as ive not been swimming for about 2 years and ive put on weight.

Are you afraid of getting into trouble in the water?
Even with the extra weight I carry, I find I like swimming very much. The bouyancy is great!
