I’ve been so down this last week or so. I mean not like up and down. I mean all the time only when i’m asleep do it stop. I’m just so tearfull all the time i feel it behide my eyes. My whole boby is so numb. I’ve been eating only like one meal aday. It takes all my strenth just to beathe not alone trying to talk. I thought maybe if i get up and take the dog out it would help me feel better but no i felt the same. I’m just so sleepy and drained. I feel i’m trapped everything i do i still feel the same. i hate it.

Dee honey it sounds like you are really low and depressed right now and i am sorry for that
depression is like that - it sucks the life right out of you
Romp is right though, why suffer if you dont have to? now is probably a really good time to talk to your counsellor and get some help. your GP might not know what to do with you because he isnt a psychiatrist or a psychologist but either he or your counsellor could point you in the direction of a psychiatrist who could help you with meds if you all agree it could help.
please call somebody and talk to somebody, be it your counsellor or a friend or fam or something. you don't deserve to go through this alone sweetie, that is too much for anybody to bear.
is there anything going on right now that you think could have brought this on or made it worse? anything that you are really stressed out about or upset about?
talk to us when you can and keep us updated hun.

Dee, you sound like how I feel before I started taking antidepressants and then again last summer when they were being adjusted. It was a weekend when I decided to ask so I just went to the walk-in clinic that was part of our medical group and described to the doc how I felt and that I'd heard that there were medicines for it and might they be appropriate to me?

That was the beginning of an incredible change in my life.

Callie has great advice. Let us know how things are going with you please?
Hugs
