Randomly, for like twenty minutes RYL won't work. I'll be on it fine and then i'll click to go to the main forum or something and it doesn't work. Then i come to page cannot be displayed for like twenty minutes and then it's back up. It's only at like half one it does this.
Any ideas?

Sounds like an internet provider issue I'm afraid. Are you able to load all other websites without any issues during this time?
1:30am or 1:30 pm?

And yes, everything works except RYL and i've only noticed it now because i'm off school.

I seem to be asking this question a lot at the moment, but what antivirus software are you running on your computer?

Uhm, to be honest, i haven't got a clue. I have Spywarebot [whatever that is] and Norton but i haven't a clue what either of them do, my dad set up the computer for me.

When RYL stops working for you please can you try the following (assuming you are using Windows XP / Vista):
- Click the Start button > Run
- When the Run Program box which appears type "cmd" (without the quotes) and press OK.
- A command window will appear. Type the following command (again without quotes, but observing spaces):
"ping 83.223.115.6"
and press return - you should see output similar to the following:
64 bytes from 83.223.115.6: icmp_seq=25 ttl=120 time=33.113 ms
64 bytes from 83.223.115.6: icmp_seq=26 ttl=120 time=34.717 ms
64 bytes from 83.223.115.6: icmp_seq=27 ttl=120 time=33.809 ms
64 bytes from 83.223.115.6: icmp_seq=28 ttl=120 time=33.170 ms
If you see "request timed out", that means that you can no longer connect with the RYL server. There are any number of reasons why this might be the case, but following this procedure will help to provide me with more information about why RYL does not work for you.
Please post back here with the results.

Yes, please guys - if you are having trouble accessing RYL as described above - PLEASE do as James asks above, as it will let us tell you what the cause of the problem is, or at least get close to that.
But it needs to be done when RYL is not working, not afterwards as it were
Thanks :)
