Finding it hard not yo cut, I've tried biting myself (freak) till I bleed, I just need to cut I need to see the blood drip into the sink, see the pattern that it makes

I'm sorry you're struggling. Do you feel like it has to be blood? Could you use red paint or even lots of different colours and see what patterns you can make in the sink?
