bracelet sizes

I apologize if this question has already been asked or if this information can be found somewhere on the site already. But I noticed that some of the bracelets come in different sizes and I was just wondering if someone could tell me how long the different sizes are? I'm not sure whether I'd wear a small or normal size. I think the lengths used to be on V2 but I don't remember them. Thanks in advance.
