i've been and done it again, my BPD i think made me so very manic.
Could others possibly share how the manic stages in your BPD happen? what sorts of things happen? because i'm really confused right now. i know it is different for everyone but i would just like some examples to compare, the websites i'm finding aren't very helpful to me at the moment.

I think everyone’s experience is likely, as you said, to be different in terms of exact symptoms, length etc. Have you discussed with your doctor at all? Do you want to talk about what has happened or is going on for you? What is confusing you?
