Firstly my second CPN I had resigned from her job and went back to inpatient care she would ring me weekly and found her really helpful beginning to build a rapport with her and don’t have clue who I am being on referred to next or how long she will last.
Secondly my caseworker at the university is leaving on the 19th and I am still waiting to hear. I can’t be referred to counselling via the nhs as I am under the CPN system. This has all happened when I am just in the process of moving right when I needed the most support in the world.
To make matters two people I know with mental illness have sadly passed away and I have known them in the community since 2007 and I was closest to them then any of real life/in person friends apart from Becky.
It was 3 year of her anniversary last week and I still couldn’t go and see her grave because of the snow.
I am beyond pissed off, so glad I have Reddit/discord and other forums to use.
