Does anyone have suggestions for guided meditation or mindfulness videos or podcasts which help with anxiety?
My anxiety starts in the morning with no trigger, and gets worse through the day. Lorazepam helps but I don't want to be reliant on PRN.

I don't have any suggestions as I find guided meditation/relaxation stuff makes me anxious but I hope other people have some ideas for you. I just wanted to say that mindfulness within compassion focused therapy is supposed to be really good, and if you find it hard to meditate you could try other forms of mindfulness like yoga or walking and paying attention to your surroundings.

One of the people in my hearing voices group does mindful walking. Basically she walks for a few minutes and then stops and pays attention to what she sees such as the patterns of the leaves on the trees. Maybe that's helpful for you.

Thanks for the ideas. I found an app called Headspace and I'm trying out the free trial. It's ok so far but I'm not sure it's worth the subscription cost...

There's an app called Calm which I think has a free version and a paid version. I'm not sure how helpful the free version is but it might be worth a try if you decide not to go ahead with Headspace?

There are lots of guided mindfulness meditations on YouTube, but it might take a while to find one that has a voice etc that suits you. If you don't think you need verbal guidance there are also books where you can teach yourself and maybe use relaxing sounds in the background. I think my brother has this book and CD (link) (https://smile.amazon.co.uk/Mindfulness-practical-guide-finding-frantic/dp/074995308X/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=mindfulness&qid=1577991611&s=books&sr=1-3)
