What are my rights?

Does anyone know if I have the right to refuse medication or involvement of CMHT or crisis team if I don’t want it? I’m not under any sort of treatment order.

Yes but if you or someone else is at risk or you need treatment in hospital they can section you.

In my experience if you have some insight they don't force you. There have been times when I have been unwilling to cooperate with their plans but since I wasn't a risk to myself or others they begrudgingly let me continue. Eventually I came around so I don't know how long they would have let me continue.

I think o might restart my meds. Even just to get rid of the discontinuation side effects.
