Phobias

Anyone have a Phobias? Mine is bugs. Even certain names of bugs alone I shudder at the sight of reading, typing, or hearing. I had one of the ones I hate most in my house today and a panic attack was quickly coming. Hubby was using the restroom and was practically making fun of me for this fear. I can't help it and he knows that. It's happened a few times in the last year and every time I feel like he just doesn't understand how much it affects me. Anyone have any tips on how to get my hubby to understand my fear and the anxiety that goes with it a little more?

Having a phobia is awful. I'm scared of dogs and it really upsets me and makes it worse if people make fun of me.
Could you maybe wait until after an incident when you have both calmed down to talk to him about it?

Thanks Sketchy. It doesn't matter, hubby and I have talked numerous times about it and he still doesn't get it. During and after when we have both calmed down. We're at a major disconnect in a lot of areas of our lives right now so nothing will change until we can really get alone time and time to talk.
