hey all,

well its been a very long time since i posted on here for many reasons some things have got better, others worse and some have stayed the same

life just seems to be passing by at such a rate and i cant seem to keep up with it all any one else get that?

i feel so trapped i hardly ever go out thats got worse not better and so lonely the longer i keep fighting to get the better the more it seems i have nothing to fight for as people seem to go and not come back.

i swear life was not ment to be like this

I'm sorry you are going through this. Could you try small things, like a walk to the local shops, or going for a coffee? Are you speaking to anyone about it?
