I've been in my current job nearly 13 years, but now I'm needing to take Medical Redeployment. It all happened quite suddenly.
The month countdown to finding me a new job elsewhere in the council starts on Monday.
Up until now, I've felt able to hold things together, after initial frantic panic, self harm episodes, then increasing my anti-depressant dose, that helps so much, along with talking things through with my treatment team.
But today, with tiredness, my nerves feel completely frazzled, and feelings unsuppressed. I had to leave work early today because I feel so shattered.
It's understandable I'm feeling very stressed, right?
I'm trying all the usual ways to calm my heart rate and general feeling of alarm, and it's an uphill journey, it feels. If I relax, then I start to feel, and so the cycle goes around...!
Can anyone relate?
Tea [fruit please!] and sympathy very very welcome.
