Complaints against a University

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew the process in the US regarding filing a complaint regarding discrimination against your University.

Something happened with breach of confidentiality and lack of accommodations for my mental health issues and right now I am dangerously triggered.

I am looking for legal assistance and I am very afraid the University is closing ranks.

I don't know anything about processes in the US I'm afraid - are there any MH or education charities you could contact for support and advice in doing this?
