I have tattoos. But I'm thinking your asking above a specific one.
I like tattoos. Especially ones with meaning. Is there a specific meaning behind a semi colon tattoo?

I don't have it. If you're thinking of getting one, maybe write a pros and cons list, eg:

Pro - it's very small and easily changed into something else if your feelings about it change.

Con - it's a well known tattoo with meaning so if it's in a visible place it kind of tells people a lot about you which you might not always be keen to share.

How about just drawing a semi-colon on every day for a few weeks and see if anyone comments?
