ideas of reference

I have what my cpn calls "ideas of reference".

Basically I believe that Princes Charles and Phillips are aliens. They have told me so through the tv. I saw some of the national silence on telly the other day where the Queen and Prince Phillip attended. Then Prince Phillip told me he was an alien.

Then quite recently someone on facebook put a photo that contained Prince Charles. The text morphed into the words "I am an alien".

My question is, does anyone suffer from this problem? It's stressing me out. Should I tell my cpn? I dont want her to think I am a freak for this happening to me again.

Your cpn won't think your a freek. As these experiences are stressing you out, I think you should tell her. She might be able to help and even the act of talking about it can be beneficial. I'm sorry you are going through this.

I definitely think you should let your CPN know especially as it is stressing you out so much. She will hopefully be able to help support you with it.

Thanks everyone. I wont be seeing her until next week and I am going on a mini break this week so hopefully I shall be able to destress. I will definitely mention it when she comes next week.
