So i have been in therapy for 1 year and 4 months now.
Until this year i have met with a psychologist once a week Which i still do but now i have started in group as well.

Looking back i feel like was better before all this therapy.
I feel like it has made me overthink and overanalyze everything.
I feel like all my flaws has been pinpointed.
And My team never really trust me.
This feeling of being analysed/diagnosed/judged and always met with doubt is not doing me any good. It just makes me paranoid.
I feel like therapy has made me forget that nobody is perfect.
I feel like my team wants to correct every flaw. Everything has to be just right.
I always feel worse after Therapy.

I hate group too. I spend two hours every week, listening to girls cry. They talk about how bad they feel and that is in itself fine, Thats what group is for. However i just dont have any problems to share. I just want to move on now. I have come to the point where i just want my normal life back. I dont feel like i fit in this group. The thoughts they have is everything i want to leave behind.

Soo...i want to ask, Isent it a possibility to be kept sick cause you are treated as a sick person?
What are your thoughts. Cause sometimes i fear this could happen.

In one word - yes!
I agree whole heartedly & think if your well... Why carry on? Tell your team hoe you feel & move on with the next chapter in your life.
Well done for getting to this point

Thank you! I feel like they could keep me forever cause theres always something to correct! Unfortunately, i have to stay in treatment to keep my right to payment until i can work full time. which im not cause i dont have the energy yet. I soo bad want my energy back. Its all i want. I dont feel like treatment is helping me at all. I feel like its this fake world and i dont want to get too used to it. Its not how the real world is at all

Thank you:-) anybody who can relate to feeling like treatment did more harm than good? Cause i have heard people quitting treatment and then recovered on their own

It's possible that the group isnt suitable for you- I never got on with group therapy terribly well and one group did make me worse. So if it's not helping then vocalise that!

Therapy DOES change the way you think and yes you do start to analyse your own feelings a bit more. So I think that part is fairly typical, though it shouldn't be making you feel bad. Speak to your team and tell them you find them overbearing.

About the group thing. Boy, i have tried! There was just no way around it! I simply had to do it. It was all my psychologist could talk about. And now she really wants to get rid of me so i only have group. So group is still all she talks about. Nomatter what i say she sneaks it right in.

I just cant quit because of the money treatment allows me to get. If i work against my team they kick me out the program and i will lose my income.
So i am just stucked until my energy is back.
