Has anyone tried the above? My cpn suggested it because I struggle at night.

Looking about it, it could be useful, though the fact I cannot reply directly to the texts bothers me. I need a text buddy, someone who is there when I am struggling.

So any suggestions/comments would be useful.

Samaritans also have a text line. It's pretty good. X

Can you give me the number? It's not showing up on their website.

You can text the Samaritans on 07725 909090 and they respond quite quickly normally.. sometimes 15 minutes although when busy it can be longer, say an hour or so.

I have used this. They offer a 5 week service, but they only text you once a week.
I think i found it useful that once a week a would get a text from them, and it would make me feel like someone is thinking about me.
I would say if your in crisis its not to helpful, and I would suggest using Samaritans, but you should try it our and see how it feels for you.
