It's half 3 in the morning feeling like crap urges of cutting that I've give into but I've no one to talk too it's the story of my life tho I'm helping everyone else then wen I need someone they r no where to be found :(

Have you considered going in to chat or calling a helpline? Sometimes they have chat based helplines too.

You perhaps need to start putting yourself above caring for so many others right now. I know it's hard but you need and deserve support too.

The people that you are there for, what about saying to one of them, I just need to talk today, can you spend some time with me over coffee. I just have some stuff to get off my chest.

I know I feel alone because i give so much to others, and don't ever ask them to listen to me. Now I ask, and it is hard, but it helps me find me. I need to know the real me. Not the depleted one.
