I call when iv tried all my skills and need extra help but if I need someone to talk to about general bad stuff I contact mental health matters

I've seen them twice before but they weren't too helpful. But I'm really not doing well right now. Im worried I'd get sectioned or something which kinda puts me off getting someone to ring them for me.

Or should I just wait for the referral to come thru from cmht. I'm guessing it's gonna be a few weeks or months

Definitely ring the crisis team if you are feel unwell. They try to keep people out of hospital so I don't think they'll automatically section you!

As you said a CMHT referral can take days/weeks depending on how fast its completed, so if you need help then ask for it now.

Things r pretty bad. I ended up somewhere I shouldn't. I will try and talk to staff tomorrow if they turn up I will Maybe ask then to call crisis team for for I can't make phone calls. If not I have a meeting key worker Thursday I guess I can wait till them. I guess If things get even worse I could txt key worker but really dont wanna do that

Can you call the crisis team now? You may not know what help you want but they might be able to suggest ways they can help. Sometimes just talking to someone helps.

Could you text your key worker then? I can appreciate that making a phone call can be really scary, so maybe texting your key worker would be an easier option for now, and they could hopefully refer you to the crisis team if necessary.

I did txt key worker. He tried but couldn't get thru to them after many calls. I have a meeting with key worker tomorrow so will ask to call again

I'm OK now. Everything is gd. I think I'm trying to convince myself that I'm oki. I don't know why. I just wanna be dead is that so much to ask for
