my psych appointment

I have a psych appointment tomorrow afternoon. Can people wish me luck as I am scared of going IP been as I have been ODing a lot lately and have been feeling low lately.

Thanks everyone. I will be honest hence why I think I am going IP. I hope to avoid it but I am not very hopeful.

Really bricking it now. I keep on telling myself that the worst thing is that my psych will want me IP but that doesn't stop me feeling nervous. I vomited several times before due to nerves :-/

Thanks everyone. Yes it went fine my psych asked me lots of questions. Apparently he thinks I am depressed so I came away with a prescription for antidepressants. He says that he doesn't want me on them forever but long enough to have a effect. I am looking for information on the antidepressants but I am going to start a new thread.

Yes I am. My psych asked that if I wanted to go to hospital though. I said no and he says that if I start SIing then I will end up IP. He was impressed by how long it's been since I last SIed and thinks that I will never SI again. He was also impressed by the fact it was last April since I last saw him. He also agrees that Clopixol is the best antipsychotic I have been on.
