getting medical notes from DWP

I'm sorry I know for a fact they are conspiring against me at the DWP I'm frustrated, I'm going down the jobcentre tomorrow and having an all for all....
I have cctv in my room planted by THE DWP.... Spying on me.... I'm in the support group of ESA... I'm going down tomorrow...

Having an 'all for all' doesn't sound like a really good idea. Do you have a professional you can talk to about these feelings of being spied on?

Why would the DWP being spying on you specifically? They're not allowed to spy on people. Plus being in the support group means you're not required to look for work so essentially they just leave you alone. Rather than go to the jobcentre where they'll be very busy and not know anything about this situation can you talk to your CPN?
