just discharge from a psych ward, now depressed 24246

I'm just discharged from a psych ward 2 days ago, the next day I feel like I want to overdose whenever I saw my pills and now I'm feeling depressed again. I was admitted because of overdose and cutting. I've spent one whole month in a psych ward. Is this normal? What should I do to overcome my urge and depression?

I think it's quite common to feel depressed after being in hospital.
Do yiu have contact with home treatment team or crisis team so you can get some support over the Christma? X

there's no home treatment or crisis team available in my area. i forgot to mention, i have bipolar disorder since 4 years ago. i think my mood swing is back, it's not even a week i left the psych ward.

It sucks when your mood starts to swing, did the ward give any advice on who to contact if you struggled over the coming days and weeks?
