Can you elaborate? I can understand how bad it is.

How is it you are feeling?
What is it that you cannot cope with?
Everytime something bad happens I get really down and can't seem to snap out of it untill something good happens. Don't help when I seem to fall out with people with whatever situation it is.
I've been to doctor and I'm on anti depressients and they seem to be working but dont help the fact that my mood still plays a part in it. Suppose to help with my mood but still get low when something makes me sad.
Could be that I'm a sensitive person or something and I am but everytime something bad happens I get low and can't snap out of it.

I think people with a tendency towards depression are more prone to reactive low moods - by that I mean when something bad or upsetting happens they get low moods when prior to that they were ok.
For me at least my medication doesn't remove all of my symptoms just the worst of them and enables me to deal with the rest of them easier. Have you had any therapy at all? It might help you deal with this situations a bit better. For example I still get upset and feel a bit low when bad things happen but these thoughts no longer consume me and I am able to work through them and get on with my day.

This sound similar to how I was a few months ago. Antidepressants could keep me up unless something negative happened. The missing link a Psychiatrist suggested was Anxiety in my case which the more I thought about it, the more sense it made.
It's actually anxiety when something bad happens that makes you worry about the consequences. Mixed with a little paranoid delusion in my case, but do you find when bad things happen it's panic over the consequences that gets you down?
Know I mean, when something goes wrong I can't stop but feeling low. I try to not to take it out on anyone but I do. I usually get upset alot then angry. I don't know what when I'm like this?
I have people there for me but I feel on my own sometimes. I want someone to understand cuz i dont feel like no one does.

i get this too, it's very hard to snap out of it. In the last three months I have been walking very day and this is the only thing which helps me. I have a walking disability though so it's just strolling. maybe you could try this and a bit faster? Go to the park or a green area.
