I have bipolar and traits of borderline personality disorder. I've done a course of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) which was extremely helpful. Is that an option for you?

Have you seen a psychiatrist and talked about your treatment options?

I have both. The bipolar is mainly managed with meds, which seems to be helping with those symptoms so far. The bpd traits are a bit more tough to deal with, since meds don usually touch those much. In therapy, but apparently "I'm closed off." So most of my coping methods don't fall under "healthy."
