hair pulling

I have trichotillomaina a hair pulling disorder is there anyone else that has this that has this or anyone that has ides on ways to resist pulling ?😓

I have dermatomilomania (compulsive skin picking) which leaves me with small scars on my body. Sometimes I find holding something in my hands to fiddle with, something that I can knead and pick bits off, like putty, helps. But its not perfect. Do you have any mental health team support for this?
