hello everyone

i use to be on ryl regularly about 10 yrs ago when i was in my 20s struggling with si. ryl was amazing the people on here made life bearable and helped me stay safe with myself.
here i am , again struggling with some thoughts of si which arise due to feelings of distress trauma confusion pain. so i came here. so glad it is still here. my head and body is full of pain which i want to run from, with sex or alcohol or destructive ideas. thanks ryl for being here and for reading
