I do have a history of voice hearing and auditory hallucinations.

Recently I have been hearing stuff a lot. Like all the time. Some voices some just noises. It's like there is 10 tvs on all the time.
None of it is horrible stuff but it's really affecting my concentration for general life stuff.
Like I literally sits for hours upon hours with the intention of doing stuff but am so distracted by the noises that I never actually start the task.
I keep forgetting to wash, feed myself and do general household stuff. Well no so much forget as can't pull myself away form the distraction of the noise. It's taken me 3 days to make this post.

It's annoying and agitates me a bit but im not at risk or depressed or anything serious.

It's worse when I go out side and listening to people/taking in what they are saying is a real effort.

Is this a thing?
What is it?
I've heard voices before but they have never been this boring, continuous and distracting.

Unsure how to manage it...

I would be tempted to say it's related to the fact you do have auditory hallucinations. They can change over time, and for now it might be the hallucination is the form of white noise/static.

I think it's best you mention it to your CMHT and a doctor to rule out anything physical that could be causing it.
