Is there any way you can add "Unknown" to the list of emotions?

Or possibly a synonym that would mean "I am not sure what my mood is right now because I am confused about what I feel"?

hmm the best I could find for you that is already there is "Inexplicable" or maybe you could go for something vague like "Meh"
