Iv got a new cpn due to all the changes
Well wen I first had her I tried to get on contact for about two weeks no response until I ended up ane for my own safety

Well now I have phoned every day this week in the early afternoon apart from today wen I phoned first thing and left messages saying I was really struggling and could I have an appointment this week and wen I phoned today I know the receptionist so I explained and she told me to do it as urgent so I did and she said she had no appointments booked after 12 so she wud get on touch but still no

I don't want to be a pain but I really need some support friend told me to speak to her manager and make a complaint but I don't know if I'm being needy or over reacting

I don't want to make things awkward wen I do eventually see her

That really sounds strange. I remember you saying that before. Do you think you could get in touch with Lucy? Could you ask to make an appointment with duty team and explain that your new con isn't making contact and isn't returning your calls. Maybe something is wrong? Didn't she get told you were in A&E? I think you should take this further. A cc is meant to support you hence why you have them.

Lucy won't accept my calls as she doesn't want to encourage my dependance on her I don't think

Shirley n Tenby aren't allowed to talk as it's therapy interfere ring behaviour she did phone me Friday after crisis tesm spoke to her but was a pile of poo tbh

I'm seeing her on the 1st sept as I think she is off this week but that the day before an anniversary so might b in abit of a state
