Skipping Lithium. *Contains Meds*

I've been told that as my Lithium levels were too high as of Friday I should skip tonights dose completely , Not sure how this will affect my mood (Currently Low)
I'm on 1200mg , anyone had a similar situation?

Missing one dose of lithium is unlikely to have any effect on your mood. I took it for a year and often missed doses and i was ok.

The pharmacokinetics of lithium sounds like that should be ok.
