Can't get into chat?

Whenever I try to log into chat, I get the blue screen then the words 'Authentication failed.' why is that happening?

It has been happening for me every day between 7pm EST and 8pm EST.

Unfortunately it isnt something I can fix and Im not sure why its happening.

However as it is happening to a lot of people at around the same time we can probably assume that its an issue with chat rather than our individual computers!
