I have been suffering from S.A.D. since childhood :notsure: For those who doesn't know about it let me tell you something about it. S.A.D. stands for Social Anxiety Disorder. When it happens, a person tries to keep himself away from people (whether known or unknown people). He avoid people at all cost. I want to know if there is anybody who has it too?

I have also suffered from social anxiety disorder since childhood and I know how debilitating it can be, so you have my thoughts. It's really not fun and it can take your life away if you let it, but it can be managed. <3
Do you have any support for your phobia? How are you feeling?

Thanks Neko. I feel better that I'm not alone in this. When people share common interests or problems then it give a strange relief that I cannot explain. Actually I'm much better now. But the problem hovers over me when there is an event that comes up when I have to meet guests or go in crowd.
