hair pulling obsession :(

iv been diagnosed with severe tricatillamania
i have been battling with it for about a 2 years i would pull every hair on my body out eyelashes eyebrows head hair pubic hair i got bald patches and had no facial hair for quite a while i recenly shaved my head to stop myself from rippin it out in my sleep :0 and its worked i still dont have much facial hair but i have hair on my head i think i want to try and grow it again but im scared that i will rip it out again and i dont want to get bullied again for having bald patches:,(
dunnoi what to do any advise

ps im a girl so i need my hair or i look weird

Sounds like things are very intense for you at the moment. Have you ever worked with a psychologist or counselor about your hair pulling?

no not specificaly for hair pulling no
but i have for outher things:(

Would it help maybe to seek some support for the hair pulling? Do you know why you do it? Sometimes it is about anxiety but it can be many things
