Revamping RYL

ive noticed that ryl has became very non busy why not open some applications to hire some new mods to update the front page more and stuff like that so maybe we can get some more traffic:thumbup:

There's a lot of things that RYL could do with, but people simply haven't got around to because of life and just general stuff.

Mods are snowed under. Harley does as much as he can. The best way to vamp up RYL is to reply to posts as much as possible and make the place more active - all of which general members can do.

Hmm I dont think the problem is the main site, I dont think we get enough advertising if Im honest. Not many people would know about RYL and I think spreading the word is likely to get more traffic then anything the mods can do!

Samaritans have referred people towards us in the past.

GetConnected and another site also point young people towards us. I think the surge in popularity occurred when RYL was getting a lot of publicity on TV in terms of documentaries etc., that hasn't happened for many years now.
