Im feeling rather weird!

could anyone help explain it to me??

I feel like am floating on a cloud sort of euphoric.
I feel like bouncing around jumping. my thoughts are random and racing.

its not the first time ive been like this. Im not on (illegal) drugs or drinking. not even sure if this makes sence lol. just after some advice really! thanks:thumbup:

Do you have any support for your MH?
It would be a good idea to talk to them about feeling like this. Otherwise talk to your GP, he can refer you to someone he thinks can diagnose/help you if it is needed.

How are you doing by now?
Have your thoughts calmed down a little bit?
