my life like hell , please help me

Hello everybody :)

iam 20 years old guy , iam suffering from porn addiction , depression , social pobia and shizophrenia .. from about 3 years

my life like hell , i always think that suicide is the only way to escape from this hell but i am scared from death so i wont die by suicide

i have treatment by my psychiatrist but i think he isnt smart in
psychologist .. he is treating me from 3 years by medications only and they have not made me better ever

and also the psychiatrists in my country are rare so i want a one of you who can help me and help my life , and if it is possible i preffer talking on social networks like facebook for the direct communication

please help me and thanks alot :)

getting the right help can be really hard. I suffered for eight years before the right medication for me was found. do you think some kind of talking therapy would help? maybe short term looking at problem solving (eg cognitive behavioural therapy) or long term (eg where you look into your past). could you ask your psychiatrist clearly for what you think might help?

thanks for answer, but i told everything to my psychiatrist and the result still like as it was
so what can i do ??

in the UK we have an organisation called PALS - the Patient Advice Liaison Service. they can support and advise with problems with mental health services. perhaps your country has something similar?

I dont know exactly but I think no because our country doesnt take care of mental health and the psychiatrists are rarely here
