We can't give you advice on ODs other than don't do it. What's making you want to do that?

Overdosing is very dangerous. If you have taken anything like that, you need to get to hospital as soon as possible. If you are feeling the need to do it, I would still consider hospital. Support to keep you safe would be very valuable right now.

What is driving the desire to overdose? Would you like to talk about how you are feeling?

I don't know what you said in your original post, but basically any overdose (that is taking more than the recommended dose of any medication) is dangerous and can seriously damage your liver.

Paracetamol overdoses are particularly nasty because if you take a lethal amount you will not die within a few hours, it takes weeks. Very painful and obviously very distressing for you and your friends and family.

Can you think about why you want to overdose, and think of non damaging things you can do instead? If you want to let out some emotions then doing vigorous exercise is really helpful.

If you feel unsafe or have taken any overdoses then please ring 999 or your emergency number and get straight to hospital.
