Hi I was just wondering if the live help is going to be online soon? Of when is it usually online? Sorry if this don't belong here

Live Help is broken - it needs an update to resume working again and in the meantime the supporters are unable to use it. We do not expect it to be fixed in the near future.

You are always welcome to email us (click on LiveHelp and leave a message) or else the are always friendly people in Chat.

You can still email us - just click on Live Help to send a message (make sure you type your email correctly).

I can't remember the last time it was working, not like I pay much attention. Shame really, it could be a good feature.

Live help goes through to supporters, email goes through to supporters. It's the same people replying regardless, and as the supporters are based all over the world, there is usually at least 1 online at any given moment.

So the fact it's broken isn't a massive issue :)

Hi Everyone,

I didn't actually realise this was broken altogether. I'm working on an upgrade to the latest version now so you may see some weirdness over the next half hour or so.

I'll update once we've got the upgrade completed.

As far as I can tell its back up and running - so feel free to come and test us out! We'll try to limit chats to short periods during the Christmas period while its busier and everyone's finding their feet and then it should be back up to full speed.

And thank you to James and Harley for giving up a big chunk of their Sunday night to fix it! :)

I mean; what happens when you go to the live help?

It looks a lot like msn. You wait until a supporter is free to accept your call, and then talks one on one for up to 1 hour.
