Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to post and deeply apologise for the problems with the website this morning as some of you may have found the site was unavailable. This actually wasn't caused by a systems issue but was in fact a licensing problem with our web server software which did not pick up the correct license data it should have done.
This has now been corrected and I'm so sorry for the issues. I know a lot of you rely on RYL being there when you need it and I have worked incredibly hard over the years to make sure the site stays available at all times. I can't tell you how disappointed I am to see downtime caused by a mere software license.
I am so sorry again and please feel free to post back to this thread if you have any questions at all.
