Can't Get Into Chat?

I can't log onto chat for some reason and I don't know why. How do I fix this??

I think Harley said he was changing the chat system, so that might be it, but I am not sure.

I'm talking about on my school computer. I've used the same computer everyday for a year and a half and I still can't log in here.

Probably cause the school blocked any kind of chat client or something.

I can get into a client to use skype and just about any other messenger I want. So I dunno.
