Posts needing approval?

This is an anon account but every tine I post I get post needig approval I posted 4 days ago and post is still not on boards. Why?

They should be on the boards now.

I'm not quite sure what the algorithm is that decides if a thread is approved or not. I know it's got to do with new accounts and I think it's got to do with not posting in introductions first.
