Hey everyone,

My left side of my chest is extremely hurting . I don't know whether it is because of the OD. I OD a few weeks ago but never got it checked out as I was extremely terrified that they would put me in pshcyatrist ward.

I am feeling extremely low. My mood is so low.

I just don't know what to do anymore.:-( :-( :-( :-(

Love from MEERA xx

It's always best to get checked out for chest pain lovely. It could be serious.
It might be good to talk to someone too.

Why did you feel the need to OD?

Not sure why I never saw this till now but I'm sorry you've been feeling so low. Can you get yourself to the GP for a check-up on the chest pain? How are you feeling today? xx

Meera, can you let us know how you're doing? *hug* we care about you and just want to help.

i think if the pain is still there you need to talk to someone, and maybe own up to the OD... i know that you've done some pretty serious harm to yourself in the past and that it has taken a long time to heal, and i'd hate to see you have to go through that again. i'm sure you already know this, but i'll say it anyways: if you want to stay out of the hospital (psych or physical) the best way to do that is to refrain from hurting yourself or ODing. even the times you do it and hide it for a while make you more likely to end up back in the hospital

Still having chest pains. The chest pains have got worse to the point where I couldn't get to sleep at all as it kept on hurting. Luckily I got my appointment next Monday with CAMHS so I will try and get the courage to tell them about how Im feeling.

I am hearing the Voices more and they keep telling me to self harm . :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying:

what can you say to respond to those voices? and how do they make you feel?... remember, the voices are like bullies, except all they can do is talk. you may not be able to make them stop talking, but you don't have to do what they say

I'm really glad you've got your appointment at CAMHS soon. Maybe you could prepare for the appointment so that you have something to focus on? I usually write a list of topics I want to talk about as sometimes when I'm in an appointment, I get stressed or anxious and forget things.

I think it's really important for you to get some help with dealing with the voices as it's obviously causing you great distress. Maybe that's somethings you could bring up in the appointment. I really hope you manage to stay strong and not allow the voices to win. Stay strong x
