Live chat issues HELP please

Hello im new to this site and unable to enter the chatroom at all. Im using a general laptop. I use chrome but have tried IE as well.....the same happens nothing.
I press enter chat and the words *Authentication failed*.

Anyone know why it keeps doing this?

Hi Sarah, it's because you have a * in your name - chat doesn't seem to like symbols etc. If you want, you can request a username change to take it out if you want to use chat, but that may take a week or so to be approved. Hope this helps! xxx
