These one's are pretty good:
http://www.rcpsych.ac.uk/PDF/Self-harm%20Distractions%20and%20Alternatives%20FINAL.p df
http://www.nshn.co.uk/downloads/Distractions.pdf
But the one from TheSite talks about safe cutting, which makes me uneasy and I wouldn't recommend.

Most of the others are only short versions of RYL's Big Distraction list (http://www.recoveryourlife.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1403), or articles that are very similar to our own. Like our Suicide Information Package (http://www.recoveryourlife.com/forum/showthread.php?t=52840), or our Self Harm Information Package (http://www.recoveryourlife.com/forum/showthread.php?t=78559). We also have the Cutting Warning Label (http://www.recoveryourlife.com/forum/showthread.php?t=22974)which is pretty helpful.

http://www.mind.org.uk is always a great source of information.

I like that you linked to RYL. Not that I'm hypothesising, but I'd hazard a guess this isn't the first SI forum you've posted this copypasta to?

FWIW these are still interesting.

'Miss call everyone you (it actually says 'u' but can't let it go) have saved in your (it actually says 'ur' but I had to correct) mobile? see how many respond'

The troll inside of me is telling me to do this!
