Wrong bracelet

Hi there,

I order two bracelets from RYL (a black and white bead one and a silicone orance recoveryourlife one) however when I recieved these in the post I got a black and white bead one and an orange bead one.....

Do you want me to send back the orange one? The stamp on the package that was sent to me wasn't franked so I can just send it back in the same packaging if you want? All I need is an address.... or is it not now possible to get the correct bracelet? Sorry to be a pain....

How annoying, I am so sorry!

I will organise another one (the right one this time!) to be sent out to you today, no need to send the other one back - see it as compensation!

I'll also make sure this doesnt happen again, though it is an easy enough mistake to make with so many orders hitting us at once, right in the middle of a postal strike!

How many beads do the small bracelets have and how many do the medium beaded bracelets have? Saaay, the plain orange ones.

On the small orange bracelet there are 26 beads.
