[For My Friend] Registeration E-mail Thingy

Me and my friend signed up for RYL the same day, even the same hour, but the thing is she hasn't gotten an e-mail thing from her registeration thingy. (Lol, "thingy" is so helpful) She doesn't know who to contact or anything about this. I feel like a jerk for JUST asking this for her. :ermm:

There seems to be an issue on this but Harley can't see an issue as lots of new members are joining with no issue.

So yeah the email hasn't gone into her spam account?

My partner is having the same problem. It's not in his junk mail. He's requested it three times to his gmail, each time checked everywhere. It's not there.

I don't know whats causing this and know that harley was puzzled by it.

Unfortunately I don't have a clue what to suggest
