chat help?

everytime I try to go into chat it just says authentication fail... help?

It times out after a while (I think at 00.00 for sure).

okay, so I click that link and then click enter chat which gives me a screen with my nickname, I enter that and click enter.. Then it says authentication failed :(

Ooh, No idea. Might be worth contacting the chat mods - chatmods@recoveryourlife.com to see if they know.

The usual problems are weird characters in your name, but you don't have any, so no idea...

I can't see any reason why it would not let you in chat, you don't have any weird characters in your name.

Maybe try a name change anyway, just to see? Sorry I can't be more help.

Don't use Internet Explorer.

Use firefox. Chrome is as bad as IE.

do you leave yourself permanently logged in? if so it may just be as simple as logging out and logging in again

Evidence? As far as I'm aware, the latest Chrome wasn't released with more security holes than a large sieve and almost immediately recalled.

Most problems with chat have nothing to do with Chrome.

Never had a problem in chat on Chrome, or Opera, or firefox. Don't use IE so can't comment.

IE9 actually looks pretty decent, so it's not as bad as it used to be.

With the amount of times that chat kicks people out (including times it kicks everyone at once) this could totally be genuine... :p
