Chats not working

it pops up the page but it just stays blue. its been doing that for about three days.

Used a computer virus scan the other day and ever since it's just come up blue..i'm not sure how to fix it.

I'm not sure really what a browser is..i use google chrome, but it's been that for 2 years

Use Firefox. It's better. Get rid of chrome.

^I dont think thats necessarily true and something thats just being wheeled out as an answer for every issue.

So have you been able to get in chat before? Have you done anything differently?

Chrome is a boss, but I'd advise maybe trying a different browser, just to check? You may well have Internet Explorer lurking somewhere on your computer.

Yeah it stoped working after a virus update on the computer it worked fine the other day, i tried fire fox but its doing the same thing.. Forums work still tho! So thats good..

Again, update flash and java and shockwave and all of the plug ins and see if they help.

Using another browser wont help if you haven't updated those, because it's usually those causing an issue.

^I was just about to say that. It is helpful.

But don't get the flash version 11.3 plugin. It likes to freeze your computer.
