Chat is not working...

Everytime I click on chat the screen pops up and its like a light blue color (Like the normal background) but the actually chat doesnt come up its just the blue background.. how to fix this?

sometimes that happens to me, and i have to refresh, then i get the chat screen but none of the icons to change rooms or anything, so i refresh again and then its normal.

Refreshing isn't helping at all... :/

Yeah, I know. It's only doing this every once in while. Like, right now it's not working although it was.. It'll probably work again later. It's on and off.
