my toolbars disapeared

Hey
As I said in the title my toolbars disapeared (i think its called that) the thing with chat and home and forum ect. Is this suppose to of happened.

there is another post about this too....as alot of people's toolbars have gone missing. i think its the one titled y cant i get in chat.. harley is looking into it,
i dont know what to suggest though.

mine did that but i closed the browser and re-opened it and it came back

I can't get into chat either, its not showing the link or whatever.
